Clara brings a wealth of experience and expertise in talent management, organizational development, and strategic HR leadership. With a master’s degree in Human Resources Management from North Park University and over two decades of experience, Clara is committed to driving positive change and cultivating a culture of excellence within organizations.
In her previous management position with Swedish Covenant Health, she was responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy; developing, engaging, motivating and preserving the employee base; facilitating the employee onboarding experience; and more. She has been with Orsini since 2019.
