Kathi Henson

As Senior Vice President of Patient Services, Nursing & Quality, Kathi brings over 25 years of leadership experience in operations, acquisitions and integration, quality and compliance, offering development, and business growth across specialty pharmacy, home infusion, and pharma services organizations. In her current role, Kathi oversees Orsini’s patient services, home infusion, and quality and training teams. Patient services includes hub programs, clinical services, and patient advocacy services. Prior to joining Orsini, Kathi led patient support programs at IQVIA and established a robust quality management program to support their commercial patient services portfolio. Kathi has also served as Chief Patient Officer and COO for Patient Services at EVERSANA, where her primary focus was on serving patients with rare diseases. Additionally, she spent nearly 15 years at Express Scripts, contributing significantly to the development of their pharma services business and overseeing operations for more than 100 large and emerging biopharma partners. Kathi is a licensed pharmacist with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Health Sciences College of Pharmacy in St. Louis and an MBA from the University of Missouri–St. Louis.
