Matthew Behrens

Matthew has been building and leading compliance programs in high-growth companies for over 15 years. Prior to joining Orsini, he was Chief Compliance Officer at Paragon Healthcare, an ambulatory infusion and specialty pharmacy, where he designed and grew the compliance function. Prior to his time at Paragon Healthcare, he was the head of compliance and risk at U.S. Dermatology Partners and helped integrate over 40 acquired practices onto the organization’s platform. Throughout his career, he has focused on scaling practical and risk-appropriate compliance programs in dynamic healthcare environments.

Matthew has a Bachelor of Science in Genetics from Texas A&M University.
